31.12.2011 HIGHLIGHTS 2011!
- Grandma Fanny 4 x BOB-veteran, 3 x BOS-veteran and 1 x BOS. Fanny also 4th Best Show bitch (8 shows) in Club ranking in 2011. Grandma certainly knows how to rock!!
- Sunshine Neela new Finnish Champion and 1 X BOS with CACIB!
- Red devil Polkka new Finnish Champion and 1 X BOS with CACIB!
- My dream came true and first Feanor's puppies are here. Darling Musca delivered 9 wonderful puppies on May!
- Puppies started their show careers with the style: Niro 1 x BOB-puppy and 1 X BOS-puppy, Alice 2 x BOS-puppy, Nala 1 x BOB-puppy and 1 X BOS-puppy, Rico 1 x BOB-puppy!
- In Open show we got amazing results: Jumo BOB-pet, Niro BOB-puppy, Nala BOS-puppy, Fanny BOB-veteran and also BOB!
- We had many hilarious trips and most of all we got many new friends!
- Happy New Year 2012 to all our friends! May your wishes come true! I think our year 2012 will be exciting: shows, obedience trials, blood tracking and hopefully also puppies. So stay tuned!

4.12.2011 Winner 2011
Fanny did it again!! And now even greater result: BB-4 and BOS-veteran. Neela EXC in champion class and last one to drop out from a champion class placement. 26.11.2011 Norwegian Winner Show 2011
We had a hilarious trip to Norway. Neela EXC4 in champion class. Breed entry 63 and judge Elina Haapaniemi from Finland. Our fellow traveller Pelle (Murumbi's Bright Brolle For You) BM-2 and new NO CH and also NORD CH. Congratulations Liisa and thank you for the great trip!! And thank you Libban for your hospitality. 5.-6.11.2011 2 x Tarto International Dog show
Great weekend and great results. On Saturday Musca's son Ego (Malozi Legolas) BOS with CAC and CACIB. He is now also EE CH. Neela EXC3 in champion class. Ego and Neela BOB-brace. On Sunday Ego BM-3. Neela gained EXC in champion class. Thank you Johanna for the great trip!

30.10.2011 Puppy Show in Lahti.
Show must go on and with the style! Today Nala was BOB-puppy with HP and Niro BOS-puppy with HP. Also Milton and Alice got really nice critiques and HP. Judge Paula Rekiranta. Kennel Feanor's BOB-breeder with HP and finally BIS-4 breeder (judge Elina Haapaniemi). So proud of you all!!

23.10.2011 Puppy Show in Lohja.
Puppies started their show career with the style. Niro BOB-puppy and Alice BOS-puppy. Milton second and Rico third. And they all got HP!! So proud! And kennel Feanor's BOB-breeder with HP . Niro and Alice were also BIS-4 brace (4/19). I could not be happier! Photos Tuula and Terhi Lehto.

1.10.2011 Puppy school, part 5.
It was our last time to practise basic obedience. Our new movements were passing by and sitting still for a short while. You all were super! I am so proud of you. Next time we will do some show training. And after that we are ready for the show rings. :)

24.9.2011 Puppy school, part 4.
It was time to train again. We practised heeling, recall and down command. So practically we rehearsed. :) They all were so scillful. So it seems that I have to think something new for the last time. No pictures this time.

11.9.2011 Puppy school, part 3.
This time we practise recall and heeling. And of course I gave some new advise how to train down command and basic position. It was so nice to see how much puppies have learned already. Good work! Photos Heidi Rutila.

3.9.2011 Blood tracking with puppies and Neela.
On Saturday puppies tried blood tracking. And they were super. Especially Milton. He started to track immediately and behaved like professional. I am so proud of you kids! Also Neela tracked nicely. We have to practise little bit more but she is almost ready for the first trial.Thank you Johanna for the nice day!

1.9.2011 Puppy school, part 2.
Today we practised also how to walk nicely on a leash and basic position. We started also train down command. Puppies were so professional. I am so proud of you!

25.8.2011 Puppy school.
A-litter's puppy school started today. Today we practised how to walk nicely on a leash, recall and also basic position. And of course after school was play time! We will meet 6 times and practise basic obedience. Puppies are now really eager to learn new things. And we will take full advantage of that.

20.-21.8.2011 Kouvola and Heinola national shows.
What a great show weekend!! Fanny was BOB-veteran and BB-2 both days. In Kouvola Ego was BOS with last CAC needed and he is also Finnish Champion!! Great job Johanna and Ego. In Heinola Ego was BM-2. In kouvola judge was Mr Rafael Malo Alcrudo, Spain and in Heinola judge was Mrs. Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen, Finland.

13.8.2011 Valkeakoski national show.
What a day!! Fanny BOS and BOS-veteran. Polkka BB-2 with last CAC and new Finnish Champion!! Ego BM-3 with res-CAC. Judge was Mrs. Paula rekiranta, Finland.

2.8.2011 Musca's first puppies turn 2 years old.

3.7.2011 Karjaa national show.
My precious one, Fanny turns today 8 years old and she entered in veteran class for the first time. And she did it with the style being BOB-veteran and BB-2. Ludde (Malozi Lutalo) started his show career and gained G. He did perfect although judge thought that he needs to practise more. Judge was Mr. Harto Stockmari, Finland.

2.7.2011 Agility trial in Mikkeli.
Great news. Ronja did clear round in Maxi-2 class and got CAC. Now she can compete in maxi-3 class. What a iron lady this 10 years old is. :) Congratulations Noora! You and Ronja are the best!!
14.6.2011 Obedience trial in Lempäälä.
It was Polkka's second trial and this time she got almost first prize. 159,5 points and you need 160 to first prize. It was so close. I am very proud of you Riikkis and red devil Polkka! :) More on "Polkka's blog."

19.5.2011 A-litter born /A-pentue syntyi.
Wonderful news. Our A-litter born last night. Everything went well and now we have 9 puppies. 7 males (one liver and one with 4 crowns) and 2 females. Musca and puppies are doing fine. Here are individual pictures. / Ihania uutisia. Viime yönä syntyi A-pentueemme. Kaikki meni hyvin ja nyt meillä mönkii pentulaatikossa 9 pentua. 7 urosta (yksi maksakirsuinen ja yksi neljäkruunuinen) ja 2 narttua. Musca ja pennut voivat hyvin.

30.4.-1.5.2011 Studying, some pregnancy pictures and lure coursing.
I and Jumo studied whole weekend. I have studied more about dog training and behavior in Finnish Animal Training Centre (Suomen Eläinkoulutuskeskus). It was our last time to do practise in this course. I chose dispatch for a identified mark. Jumo already knows how to do it so we did something more and trained also stimulus control. It is always very intresting to learn more. I took also some pictures of Musca today. She is getting bigger and bigger. :) And then great news from Oulu: Musca's daughter Sanni started yesterday her lure coursing trials. It was unofficial lure coursing trial for all breeds and all dogs ran one round. But still really nice result. Sanni got 243 points and placement was 9/29. Congratulations Sanni and Tiina!

18.4.2011 Musca is pregnant! Musca on tiine!
Today we went to ultrasound and vet confirmed that Musca is pregnant. Musca is doing fine. / Muscalle tehtiin tänään ultraäänitutkimus, joka vahvisti sen, että Musca on tiine. Musca voi hyvin ja painokin on lähtenyt jo nousuun. :)
17.4.2011 Match Show in Parola.
Today we drove to Parola and met Polkka. Ego&Johanna competed in unofficial obedience trial and we participated also in Match Show (unofficial show). It was not Ego's best day but good practise for the real trials. In match show Polkka and Ego both got red ribbon. No placement this time. Jumo got blue ribbon and took 1st place among all blue ribbon big dogs. And finally he was BIS-2!! What a nice sunny day!

10.4.2011 Vaasa International show.
What a day! I&Neela with Nina&Vilho were in Vaasa International Show. Oh boy we really had fun trip and the best part is that we came back with two new Finnish Champions!! 27.3.2011 Obedience and agility.
We were training in Korkeavire training centre again. We staged obedience trial, did some agility and tried rally obedience. I have to praise Ego and Polkka...they both are almost ready to start their obedience trials. Mum Musca and grandma Fanny can be so proud of you!! Ego's heeling is really something...what a contact. And Polkka is little agility and obedience monster. :) Iron lady Ronja is amazing too...I can't believe that she turns 10 years old. And maybe I have to eat my words and try to compete in winner class with Fanny again...she really loves to work now a days. So we really had super day! Great photos by Pinja Kontala.

3.3.2011 Ronja Top Agility Ridgeback in 2010!
Way to go Ronja and Noora! And thank you Noora for taking good care of our iron lady. Villen Pokaali agility challenge trophy is awarded by the Ridgeback Club of Finland.
